La Opinion de Mexico had an article dated June 2,2006 talking about a recent acquisition from the Laredo Bucks..... Hans Benson has been traded to El Equipo Nacional de Mexico for the proverbial player to be named later & 1 bottle of their best Tequila. For those of you that may not remember, that's the international team both RGV & Laredo scrimmaged a couple of years ago.
Han's said something to the effect that he prefers to be a big,short fish in a lttle pond rather than fish @ Lake Casa Blanca.
