Youngstown, Ohio – The Youngstown SteelHounds are hosting their second annual Lady SteelHounds try-outs beginning with the preliminary round on July 29th at the Chevrolet Centre. The final audition will be announced at a later date.
The Lady SteelHounds are the official dance team of the Central Hockey League's (CHL) Youngstown SteelHounds. The 12-person squad performs at all Hounds home games in addition to making public appearances around the Mahoning Valley.
Registration for the first stage of auditions begins at 8 a.m., with try-outs starting at 10 a.m. Participants are required to bring a pair of jeans, perform a 30-second freestyle or choreographed routine as well as complete the application form and questionnaire, both of which are available online.
