Eagles to appear five times on Altitude
By Coloradoan staff

Altitude Sports and Entertainment and the Colorado Eagles announced Thursday five regular-season games the sports network will telecast for the Central Hockey League team.

Altitude won't make viewers wait to get their Eagles TV fix, either. Colorado's first two games of the season will be on the air.

The Eagles begin play in their fourth season with a matchup Oct. 20 against the expansion Rocky Mountain Rage of Broomfield. It will be the Rage's first game in history. Colorado next will play host to the rival Wichita Thunder on Oct. 27.

Also televised will be games Jan. 24 against the CHL champion Laredo Bucks; Feb 21 against the Tulsa Oilers; and March 3 against the Rage.

All games will be broadcast live from the Budweiser Events Center.

"We are thrilled to have another five games on Altitude," Eagles president Ralph Backstrom said in a statement. "We are proud to be associated with a network that provides a first-class broadcast that will give the Eagles a tremendous amount of exposure."
